Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RezenIt mobile app, website, and browser extension.
Last Updated: 31st Aug 2026
Important: By using any RezenIt service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RezenIt services, including our mobile app, website, and browser extension (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Age Restriction
The Services are intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older.
3. Accounts and Service Access
Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Service Features:
The app may include recovery tools such as streak and habit tracking, journal/check-ins, partner accountability features, community participation, AI chat/summaries, notifications, and guided content programs. Feature availability can vary by platform, subscription status, region, and app version.
Extension Permissions:
The browser extension requires permissions (such as tab access, storage, and network request filtering) to provide content-blocking features. If required permissions are disabled, some features may not work correctly.
Service Availability:
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
4. Subscriptions and Payments (App)
Paid Features:
Certain mobile app features may require a paid subscription.
Billing:
Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store/payment provider and are subject to that provider's terms.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation:
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and platform policies.
AI Credits and Consumables:
Certain AI features may use consumable credits (including virtual credit balances) that are tracked in-app and may be tied to purchase events. Unless required by law, consumed credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services in a way that is unlawful, abusive, harmful to others, or intended to interfere with the normal operation or security of the Services.
- Do not post or send illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to abuse, bypass, reverse engineer, or disrupt safety, billing, AI, or moderation systems.
- Do not use community or partner features to spam, scam, impersonate, or otherwise harm other users.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the app (such as journal entries and community posts), and you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Services.
You are responsible for your content and must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful.
We may remove, restrict, or moderate content or accounts that violate these Terms, harm users, or create legal or security risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Content filtering results, AI outputs, and recovery insights are intended as supportive tools and are not guaranteed to be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or use arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe these Terms are violated or if needed to protect users, RezenIt, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through available in-app controls.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable law and forum rules.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. App License (EULA)
This section is the End User License Agreement for the RezenIt mobile app. It is between you and ASCENDRA LABS LLP, not Apple, Google, or any other app store. We, not the store you downloaded from, are responsible for the app and its content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use RezenIt on devices you own or control, for personal use, as permitted by the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.
We are solely responsible for maintenance, support, warranties (to the extent not disclaimed), product claims, and intellectual-property claims related to the app. Apple and Google have no obligation to support RezenIt. If a paid app-store purchase fails to conform to a warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may request a refund from that store under its policies; any remaining claims are ours.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when using the app (for example, your wireless data agreement).
If you downloaded RezenIt from the Apple App Store, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this license and may enforce it against you. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google may enforce the portions that relate to Google Play, to the extent its terms allow.
